Creating a brand is about more than logos or icons. It is the colors, imagery, typography, voice, and feeling that a company gives you when interacting with them. The brands that stick in your mind are those that are consistent - they have brand guidelines that prescribe their presence in the world - keeping a cohesive image, tone, and accountability to brand values. Consistency and integrity build trust within communities.
